El 7 de junio, Fanny Ardant en el casamiento de su hija mayor, Lumir, en la Iglesia Saint-Jacques du Haut-Paus
Lumir, la hija mayor de Fanny Ardant, se ha casado el sábado 7 de junio en París, con Olivier Vallencien, jefe de una Sociedad de Restauración. Después de pasar por el Alcalde del Distrito de Ille, la joven pareja se dirigió a la Iglesia Saint-Jacques du Haut-Paus. La acompañaba su madre, radiante a pesar del mal tiempo en la ciudad, junto a sus otras dos hijas, Joséphine, de 25 años, la hija de François Truffaut, y de Baladine, de 18 años, que ella ha tenido junto a su actual compañero, el realizador Fabio Conversi. La familia muy pronto aumentará su número de integrantes, debido a que la hermosa Lumir espera un bebé para el mes de septiembre próximo. Tengo entendido que "adonde" se utiliza sólo cuando el verbo de la oración expresa movimiento. Por ejemplo:"La playa adonde vamos no me gusta".
Así, en la oración de la que tú hablas, tratándose de un verbo estático por naturaleza, como es "estar" lo más correcto sería usar "donde". Es decir,"¿Dónde estás?"
Te digo que "adonde" no suele usarse mucho en España, ya que "donde" ha sustiduido su uso en casi todos los casos. No sé en Argentina, a ver qué nos dicen nuestras chicas argentinas del blog.

La phrase correct is ¿DÓNDE ESTÁS? because DÓNDE Y DONDE sont adverbes de lieu. Dónde lleva signos de interrogación y exclamativo. (¿Dónde estás? ¡¡¡¡dónde estás!!!!) y Donde se usa en un caso afirmativo (vamos donde su amiga)
Por ici algo de gramática por si le interesa a alguien:
Adonde, Adónde, a donde, a dónde (son adverbios relativos) y donde, dónde (son adverbios de lugar)
Adonde: hace referencia a un lugar mencionado anteriormente en la oración. Estás yendo a ese lugar.
Ejemplo: éste es el pueblo adonde nos dirigimos/
el teatro Colón es adonde iremos mañana
Adónde o a dónde: son adverbios exclamativos o interrogativos y se usan indistinto
Ejemplo: ¿adónde vas? ¿a dónde vas?
¡Adónde hemos llegado! ¡A dónde hemos llegado!
Donde: es un adverbio de lugar que significa "en un lugar determinado, sitio de permanencia o de reposo"
Ejemplo: encontraron a Juan donde su amiga
Dónde: es un adverbio de lugar que en el modo interrogativo lleva tilde (acento)
Ejemplo: ¿dónde estuviste ayer?, ¿dónde estás? ¿dónde irás?
Adonde no se usa mucho tampoco en Argentina, es medio "grasa". Casi no se escucha por aquí. La Real Academia Española dice: Es la imposibilidad de algo, de que se logre o se haga algo. Como decir de adónde alcanzarlo. Dicen que aumentarán los sueldos ¡¡de adónde!!
Suena mal por aquí, no es muy fino ¿viste?

In Swedish, we also have the same distinction between "donde" ("var") and "adonde" ("vart") but not even all Swedish people know the difference. People are talking most incorrectly... ^^
